Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Quota Management Analyst for the EMEA region. You will support quota governance, planning and reporting, working closely with Sales, Finance and IT to ensure data accuracy in Anaplan and drive performance improvements.

The role is hybrid, requires strong analytics and stakeholder collaboration, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar analytical role.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, testing, admin tasks and user support.
• Strong Excel skills with analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, governance and updates of quotas across EMEA.
• Maintain quota data, territory changes and data integrity in Anaplan.
• Develop quota reporting, dashboards and analyses for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and IT to align performance processes.
