Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills to design sophisticated financial models and reporting tools.
• Advanced Power BI skills for data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Strong tech aptitude and ability to learn new digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, BUF, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for the markets across the EMEA region.
• Prepare and analyse financial results, including P&L and Balance Sheet performance, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Design and develop user-friendly financial models, planning templates, reporting tools, and automated solutions that standardise processes.
• Partner closely with market finance leaders, BUF teams, and stakeholders across EMEA, delivering high-quality support across planning, reporting, and operational processes.
