Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Regional FP&A MedTech EMEA to deliver planning, forecasting, and reporting across the EMEA MedTech organization. You will partner with FP&A, BU Finance, and Global stakeholders to enable robust analytics and performance insights.

You will drive standardization of planning across markets, support leadership decision-making with executive-ready analytics, and help optimize planning effectiveness using tools like Anaplan.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and partnering skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience working with multinational or regional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning cycles including BP, JU/NU forecasts and consolidations.
• Perform variance analysis against forecasts and actuals.
• Develop regional reporting dashboards and provide executive-level commentary.
• Partner with BU Finance, FP&A, Controllers, and regional leadership.
• Provide insight into market trends, growth drivers, and operational performance.
• Facilitate alignment between regional and local finance organizations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions and scenario planning.
