Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Quota Management Analyst, EMEA, to support quota planning, governance and analytics across the region. You will ensure quota data accuracy in Anaplan, contribute to system improvements, and deliver insightful reporting to drive sales performance.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with sales leadership, finance and IT to optimise quota processes, perform UAT, and present findings to senior stakeholders. Strong Excel and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar analytical roles.
• Experience supporting quota management, sales planning or incentive processes.
• Working knowledge of Anaplan, including testing, administration and user support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance and IT.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, governance and data integrity of sales quotas across the EMEA region.
• Manage quota updates, territory changes and data governance within Anaplan.
• Perform UAT for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, finance and operations on quota planning and deployment.
• Develop and deliver quota-related reporting, dashboards and analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales Incentives, Data & Reporting and Sales Operations teams.
