Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst FP&A International (EMEA) to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance across EMEA markets from Maidenhead, UK. The role partners with market finance leaders and BUF teams to drive efficient FP&A processes and data-driven insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, planning templates, and reporting.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling, dashboards, and data transformation.
• Strong tech aptitude to learn automation and AI-enabled tools quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, BUF, or related roles.

Mansioni

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for EMEA markets.
• Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L, balance sheet, and KPIs.
• Design financial models, planning templates, and reporting tools to standardise processes and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with market finance leaders and stakeholders across EMEA to deliver high-quality planning and reporting.
