Job Title: EMEA Payroll Lead

Location: EMEA - Homebased

About the role

We’re hiring an EMEA Payroll Lead to work with local teams to standardize and stabilise payroll operations across EMEA. Covering 15+ countries, you’ll play a critical role in driving both operational stability and strategic alignment. You’ll lead payroll execution within the region to improve and maintain quality, and have a heavy involvement in standardisation initiatives in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead payroll for 700+ employees across EMEA, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Lead a regional HR/payroll team and support vendor coordination.

  • Drive payroll system improvements and standardisation efforts.

  • Lead audits and special payroll cycles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high level of quality payroll services.

  • Execute operational tasks to support day-to-day payroll delivery operations as needed.

About You
  • 8+ years’ payroll experience, with 3+ years leading regional and matrixed teams.

  • Expertise in EMEA payroll regulations and multi-country management.

  • Proficiency in ADP, SAP, Workday, or similar systems.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English; German, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, Turkish, or Spanish is a plus.
