Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team, driving end-to-end order management, onboarding and digital implementations for Pilates education clients. You’ll coordinate with logistics, customer and internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely onboarding and a seamless client experience.

The role is highly operational, requiring strong organisation, proactive communication and a systems-savvy mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation or operations in a B2B/commercial setting.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributor partners and customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to document and improve SOPs.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with commercial, logistics, digital and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage invoicing and purchase orders in line with procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer data across commercial systems and HubSpot.
• Coordinate onboarding for EMEA clients and lead training for digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital installations with logistics and technical teams.
• Create, maintain and improve SOPs for scalable regional processes.
• Communicate with customers and partners to reflect the brand across touchpoints.
