Job summary

Your Reformer, a global Pilates solutions provider, seeks an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team in Milton Keynes. You will own order management, invoicing, onboarding and digital implementations, coordinating closely with customers, partners and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, proactive and systems-savvy, with strong communication skills and the ability to drive continuity across commercial, logistics, and digital functions.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with onboarding, implementation or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with distributors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across the EMEA region.
• Lead customer onboarding and training for digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital installations with logistics and technical teams.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the implementation journey.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
