Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. You will own end-to-end order management, onboarding, and digital implementations, coordinating with logistics, tech, and commercial teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, proactive and systems-savvy, with experience in onboarding or operations in a B2B environment and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation or related B2B roles.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and customers.
• Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding for education clients across EMEA region and lead training for digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital installations in partnership with logistics and technical teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers through the implementation journey.
