Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team in a highly operational, systems-focused role. You will manage orders, invoicing and onboarding, coordinating across commercial, logistics and digital teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across the EMEA region.

Fluent English is essential; experience with Shopify, NetSuite and HubSpot will be highly regarded as you help scale our Pilates education and digital solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end order management and onboarding.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and invoicing workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding for EMEA clients and digital implementations.
• Coordinate logistics with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth installations.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data across commercial systems and HubSpot.
