Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an organised, systems-savvy Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team in Bolton. You will coordinate orders, onboarding, and installations, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders while driving a seamless customer experience.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Logistics and Tech teams to manage onboarding, digital implementations and account administration for our Pilates education clients and partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex onboarding or implementation projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributor partners and customers across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients and digital solutions.
• Lead customer onboarding and training; coordinate digital installations with logistics/tech teams.
• Maintain proactive communication to set expectations and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate across commercial, logistics, digital, and technical teams to keep projects moving.
