Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an organised Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. You will manage orders, onboarding and installations, coordinating with logistics, digital and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

You will work closely with partners, customers and internal teams, maintaining strong systems knowledge and a customer‑first mindset to support the growth of Your Reformer across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in onboarding, operations, or account management in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and processing of invoices.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across the EMEA region and lead customer onboarding sessions.
• Coordinate installations and work with logistics and tech teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to set expectations and resolve issues quickly.
