Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an organised Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team, coordinating the customer journey from order to onboarding and installation while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.

You'll manage orders, invoicing and onboarding across platforms with a focus on accuracy, proactive communication and continuous process improvements to deliver a seamless customer experience across the Pilates ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential and will be used for communication with partners across EMEA.
• Highly organised, proactive and systems-savvy with the ability to keep multiple pieces moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, operations, account management or similar B2B/commercial context.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset with experience documenting or improving SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Manage invoicing and purchase order processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information across commercial systems.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across the EMEA region and lead onboarding sessions for digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital installations with logistics and technical teams and maintain proactive customer communication.
• Improve SOPs and processes to scale across EMEA and support cross-functional teams.
