Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. You will own end-to-end order management, onboarding, and installation, coordinating with logistics, digital and customer teams to deliver a seamless customer journey across the EMEA region.

In this highly operational role, you’ll manage onboarding for Pilates Education clients, lead digital implementations, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Shopify and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Candidate is highly organised with strong project coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage onboarding and B2B operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across distributed teams.
• Fluent English essential; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience using Shopify, NetSuite and HubSpot or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management in Shopify and invoicing workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across EMEA.
• Collaborate with logistics, digital and tech teams to install solutions.
• Develop and improve SOPs for scalable processes.
• Represent the brand in communications with distributors and customers.
