Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. The role focuses on coordinating the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

You will manage orders, invoicing, onboarding, digital implementations and ongoing account administration, working with partners and customers to deliver a seamless experience in a fast-growing global business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, operations, or similar B2B/commercial roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact with distributors and customers across EMEA.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, logistics, digital and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and related commercial systems.
• Manage invoicing and purchase orders per procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across the EMEA region and lead training sessions for digital solutions.
• Coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Create, update and improve SOPs to scale processes across EMEA.
