Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Compliance or Legal roles focused on Life Sciences.
• Direct experience designing and overseeing Ethics and Compliance Programmes.
• Strong commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update policies related to Ethics and Compliance.
• Design new training frameworks for employees.
• Manage risk monitoring programmes and ensure relevance of processes.
