Qualifications

  • 9 years experience in Compensation & Benefits with leadership in multi-country environments.
  • Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices.
  • Ability to interpret market data and model costs.
  • Track record of delivering complex initiatives across regions.
  • Strong consultative skills for effective influence.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve EMEA benefits strategy.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in HR.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations on complex issues.
  • Drive data analytics for strategic direction.
  • Support annual salary planning and bonus processes.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
  • Provide expert analysis during M&A due diligence.
