Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Operations and Enablement Specialist for the EMEA Controls business.

You will drive data quality, sales process discipline, pipeline visibility and enable data-driven decision making across Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Pricing and Operations. You will develop Power BI dashboards, govern forecasting reviews and support onboarding resources and enablement programs, ensuring CRM adoption and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and countries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial planning activities, including performance reporting and governance follow-up.
• Drive Salesforce data quality, opportunity management, account discipline and pipeline hygiene across the EMEA Controls business.
• Prepare and analyse data for pipeline reviews, forecast discussions and KPI tracking.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and performance summaries.
• Support sales enablement initiatives through onboarding resources, playbooks and training materials.
• Monitor adoption of commercial tools, dashboards and enablement programmes.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support demand generation, installed base growth and campaign tracking.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document standard ways of working.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and action completion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects using data analysis and change management.
