Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Operations and Enablement Specialist within our Controls EMEA business. You will drive data quality, sales process discipline, reporting accuracy, pipeline visibility and enable data-driven decision making across the region.

Collaborating with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Pricing and Operations, you will strengthen CRM adoption, develop Power BI dashboards, and support demand generation and enablement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, marketing or data analytics.
• 5–7 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales operations or analytics.
• Experience using Salesforce, Power BI and Excel.
• Strong CRM, forecasting and performance reporting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial planning activities, including performance reporting and governance follow-up.
• Drive Salesforce data quality, account discipline and pipeline hygiene across the EMEA Controls business.
• Prepare and analyze data for pipeline reviews, forecasts and KPI tracking.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and summaries.
• Support sales enablement with onboarding resources and training materials.
• Monitor adoption of commercial tools and enablement programmes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support demand generation and campaign tracking.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices across functions.
