Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership and operations management experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Engineering degree.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive operational excellence for the EMEA Systems business (Controls Domain).
• Define, develop and deploy standards and capabilities to support growth and market needs.
• Drive end-to-end operations across regions with roadmaps, support, and process improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs, manage risks and drive improvements to profitability and delivery.
• Lead installation excellence, risk escalation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture within operational delivery teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver strategic initiatives and governance.
