Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager for the EMEA region to build a scalable BI capability that turns commercial data into insights.

You will lead reporting, analytics and dashboards, partnering with Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance and IT to enhance forecasting, productivity and decision-making. You will drive data governance, KPI standardization and forward-looking analyses, while identifying automation opportunities with Power BI, Salesforce Analytics and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant BI/analytics experience.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to present complex data to executives clearly.
• Proven stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and governance of EMEA commercial reporting and dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy and sales productivity.
• Establish KPI definitions, scorecards and measurement frameworks across regions.
• Support business reviews with reporting, variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations.
• Analyze growth opportunities, risks and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop sales intelligence models for pipeline management and territory planning.
• Improve data governance standards and reporting consistency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Digital and IT to enhance data models and integration.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Query and approved AI tools.
