Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a senior leader to own and drive operational excellence for EMEA Systems (Controls). You will define standards, develop roadmaps and enable growth by delivering profitable, safe and reliable installations.

You will partner with regional leaders to manage strategic initiatives, KPIs, risk and change management in a matrix organization, ensuring best practice and stakeholder alignment across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in leadership and operations management, ideally in instrumentation.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification and engineering background are required.
• Strong project management, change management and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Systems operational and financial metrics for the region.
• Drive standardization, process improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end execution of installation and delivery operations across EMEA Systems.
• Track KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service, commercial, finance and legal.
• Develop and sustain a continuous improvement culture and safe delivery practices.
