Job summary

Secure Code Warrior in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Representative, EMEA, to generate qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting. Fluency in English and German is required to effectively reach DACH-region accounts alongside the rest of the EMEA territory.

This role works with Revenue Marketing ABM programs and partners with EMEA Sales to ensure a steady flow of productive meetings that convert into pipeline.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Background in BDR/SDR, sales, or outbound prospecting preferred.
• Comfortable with multi-channel outbound (email, calls, social).
• Interested in security or developer tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute highly-personalized outbound prospecting across defined EMEA territory.
• Coordinate outbound timing with ABM campaigns and marketing touches.
• Qualify inbound and marketing-sourced leads and hand off to AE.
• Maintain accurate activity and disposition records in Salesforce.
