Embedded Payments Specialist (Interim – initial 6-Month Contract)

If you have built, launched and scaled payment products, this role may be for you.

We are looking for a senior payment professional who can take embedded payments opportunities from concept to revenue across a portfolio of B2B software businesses.

This is a hands‑on role focused on execution and delivery. You will work directly with C‑suite teams within portfolio companies to identify payment opportunities, shape propositions and take them to market, partnering with external PSPs to bring solutions to life.

Initially offered as a six‑month contract, this role is intended to convert to a permanent position for the right individual.

What you will be responsible for
  • Turning payment opportunities into live, revenue generating products
  • Owning PSP selection, commercial structure and delivery
  • Driving pricing, packaging and go‑to‑market execution
  • Creating simple, repeatable payment plays that can be reused
  • Influencing senior leaders without formal mandate
This will suit you if
  • You have operated at senior level in payments, with a product and go‑to‑market mindset
  • You have experience in PSPs, payment consultancies or product‑led environments
  • You are confident influencing C‑suite stakeholders and driving delivery pace
  • You have programme leadership experience across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • You are comfortable working in private equity or portfolio environments
  • You can start early 2026 and deliver visible impact within six months
