Full Time | Permanent | 40 hours per week

Location: Kings Lynn / Dereham (travel across Norfolk & North Suffolk)

Salary: £37,534 per annum, rising to £43,530 with progression

Duties
  • Electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and vacant homes
  • Domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs)
  • Void property electrical works
  • Reactive maintenance within social housing
  • Delivering a professional, tenant-focused service
What We're Looking For
  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in domestic or property maintenance work
  • DBS check and participation in an on-call rota required
