Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment.
  • Complete works on time and within target times in one visit.
  • Remove waste/debris daily upon completion of works.
  • Participate in the emergency repairs and maintenance rota.
  • Mentor and assist trainees and apprentices.

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will assist with the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment

As the Electrician, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

  • Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade discipline
  • Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times
  • Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
  • To take part where appropriate in the Company's out of hours emergency repairs and maintenance rota
  • To mentor and assist trainees, apprentices and other employees as and when required
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Electrician, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • City and Guild (Electrical) or equivalent experience (Essential)
  • City and Guilds (Electrical) Inspection and Test or Equivalent Experience (Essential)
  • Relevant Electrical qualification for the repair, installation and maintenance of electrical systems (Essential)
  • Full UK Driving license
