A community-focused housing group in the UK is looking for a self-motivated Electrician to join its electrical compliance team. The role involves installing ventilation systems, carrying out electrical repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should hold NVQ level 3 and the 18th Edition BS7671. The position offers up to 30 days of annual leave, a generous pension scheme, and opportunities for development.
We are looking to recruit an Electrician-Approved within the electrical compliance team covering our housing portfolio. This position requires a person who is self‑motivated with strong organisational skills excellent communications and a track record of providing a positive customer experience.
These workstreams include Responsive Repairs Voids Decent Homes and Compliance.
You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of current health and safety legislation building regulations and a willingness to continue to develop your knowledge and skills.
