Key Responsibilities

• Carry out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
• Work on a variety of systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
• Diagnose electrical faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs
• Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Accurately record all tasks and updates using a computerized maintenance management system
• Liaise professionally with clients to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Requirements

• 17th or 18th Edition qualification
• Recognised apprenticeship with SVQ / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience working on commercial sites, ideally within Facilities Management or Building Services
