Experienced Electricians - New Build & Social Housing Projects

Pay - On experience. Rates from £17 +.

Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent / Subbies.

This Peterborough based electricians are growing at a great speed. They focus on inovation and have moved with the times becoming a highly sought after business to work with. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for permanant electricans to join them ASAP so they can continue to work thier magic.

We're looking for experienced, reliable electricians to join the growing team, working across new build housing developments and social housing rewires.

The Role

• Electrical installation on new build residential properties
• Full and partial rewires within social housing
• First and second fix work
• Testing, inspection, and certification
• Working to current BS7671 wiring regulations
• Liaising professionally with site managers, housing officers, and tenants

Requirements

• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (essential)
• Experience in new build housing and/or social housing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
• ECS / CSCS card (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
