Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver fully functional, tested products in strict accordance with test procedures
  • Take ownership of your allocated products and proactively resolve any issues
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, fully supporting test results, and signed off correctly
  • Accurately report faults, providing clear detail to support analysis and corrective action
  • Occasionally visit customer sites to support system installation or commissioning
  • Drive test-time Reduction initiatives through Continuous Improvement principles
  • Support improvements in quality, Health & Safety, and build/test cleanliness
  • Suggest and implement ideas that enhance day-to-day processes, even when faced with challenges
Requirements
  • Time-served electrical apprenticeship, City & Guilds Part 3, or qualification to HND, HNC, or BTEC Level 3 (Electrical)
  • Ability to follow test procedures precisely and accurately report results against established standards
  • A self-motivated team player able to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, pace, and energy
  • Strong customer focus and pride in delivering high-quality work
