Overview

Electrical Supervisor (Facilities/Test & Inspect) – Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £45,500 DOE + 42 days Holiday + Training + Progression + Excellent Pension (21%).

Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday). Flexi-time available.

Location: West Midlands – Commutable from Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Nuneaton.

The Role

• Supervise a team of in-house Electrical Facility Engineers and sub-contractors to ensure Planned and Reactive works are carried out to the required standards.
• Oversee Test and Inspection works and the remedials that follow.
• Role is predominantly hands-off, with occasional hands-on requirements.
• Manage a small team in a static facility environment with opportunities for technical progression through internal training.
• Days-based role with Flexitime and a varied workload across domestic, commercial and industrial work.

Requirements / The Person

• Facilities/Estates background – ideally test & inspection.
• Electrical qualifications (18th edition, time served, 2391, etc.).
• Supervisory experience.
• Looking for a predominantly 'hands off' role.
