Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining quality, and fostering team development. We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. You'll be responsible for the supervision and delivery of work along with the development and maintenance of both internal and external relationships.
You'll assist in training and development of the team to ensure the quality of work is maintained and be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance in all aspects of work on site.
We'll need you to monitor performance, ensuring all works are completed within budget and on time wherever possible.
You'll liaise with project managers and field engineers to ensure the smooth progression of work.
You'll make sure that staff are aware of behaviour and professionalism standards expected by M Group Water (MEICA Maintenance & Projects) Limited and are practised at all times.
