A leading electrical manufacturing company in the UK is seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to drive sales in the North West and West Midlands. The role involves selling electrical products, winning specifications with developers, and developing existing accounts. A competitive salary range of £45,000 – £50,000 plus OTE of £15,000 and other benefits such as a hybrid company car and pension contribution is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Electrical / HVAC / interior or mechanical products into wholesalers / contractors.
• Candidates from branch management positions at electrical wholesalers are encouraged.
• Experience in selling to developers, housebuilders or specifiers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company’s range of electrical products and win specifications.
• Develop existing accounts and introduce new product lines.
• Open new accounts generating new specifications.
