Job summary

A national recruitment agency seeks an Electrical Site Manager to oversee complex electrical installations across the energy sector in the UK. The role involves leading site teams, ensuring safety compliance, and managing project delivery from pre-start to client handover. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing electrical projects, a good understanding of UK regulations, and possess relevant qualifications such as the BS 7671 18th Edition. Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing electrical installation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site works to meet safety and technical specifications.
  • Lead the site team including technicians and engineers.
  • Coordinate site meetings and issue documentation.
  • Ensure resources are in place for safe work delivery.

Skills

Experience as a Site Manager
Understanding of site installation practices
Knowledge of UK construction regulatory requirements
Electrical installation testing and commissioning
Full UK driving license
Health and Safety training
Understanding of UK environmental and waste management legislation

Education

Current BS 7671 18th Edition qualification
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
Asbestos Awareness training
