Job summary

An industry-leading FM service provider is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer for a permanent position in Central London. The role includes essential responsibilities such as testing emergency lights, fire alarms, and various electrical components. Ideal candidates should possess a C&G/NVQ Level 3 qualification and relevant experience in building services maintenance. This role offers a competitive salary and a structured work schedule of 6 days on and 6 days off, within a dynamic commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• Experience in a commercial office environment is preferred.
• HV/LV Certification is a desirable qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct emergency light testing and fire alarm testing.
• Perform UPS, circuit breakers, and chillers maintenance.
• Carry out electrical fault finding and generator testing.

• 6 days on and 6 days off (Day & Night)
