Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining quality of deliverable hardware.
• Certification of product in line with processes and procedures.
• Examine for correct assembly and verify electrical connections.
• Inspect to detect faults in finishing or surfaces.
• Check for physical damage during inspections.
• Monitor operators within the Product Certification Scheme.
• Complete and certify paperwork associated with manufacturing.
• Control non-conforming items and raise reports.
• Produce relevant inspection documentation and history sheets.
• Care for and use specialized inspection tools.
• Maintain product certification via regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes.
