We’re looking for an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team covering North East London and Essex.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians, dealing with queries relating to electrical installation and testing.
• Ensure your team are clear on their roles and responsibilities, assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activities.
• Identify risks and protect Morgan Sindall’s reputation, manage team performance, undertake quality assurance and drive a culture of right first time.

About You

• You will be a time served Electrician with knowledge of social housing and health and safety. Strong IT skills are desirable.
• You’ll be able to oversee a team of electricians with all compliancy.
• You must hold a valid full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

Qualifications

• Essential: Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS)
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Certification for the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Bs 7671
• Inspection and Testing qualification (such as C&G 2391 or 2394 and 2395)
• At least two years of practical experience
• AM2 assessment of competence and a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations
