Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical project management on commercial retrofit projects.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical installations (LV systems, lighting, containment, fire alarms).
• Experience with main contractors or M&E subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle for electrical retrofit works in commercial buildings.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project programmes, cost control, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety procedures.
