Job description

Lead Electrical Manager, Major London Landmark Project

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £120,000 plus industry-leading benefits

Employer: Confidential Tier One Main Contractor

A major contractor known for delivering some of London’s most complex and high-profile builds is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Manager to take ownership of the electrical delivery on a landmark commercial project in Central London.

This nine-figure scheme is already underway and represents one of the capital’s most ambitious mixed‑use developments, combining scale, complexity and quality. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead from the front in a technically challenging, fast‑paced environment.

This is not a back‑office coordination role. You will lead the electrical strategy and delivery across shell, core and fit‑out, from early‑stage design resolution through to commissioning and client handover. You will be a senior voice within the delivery team, working closely with the wider services team, project directors, consultants, and top‑tier subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading electrical coordination and design resolution across a major commercial development
  • Managing delivery, quality assurance, technical compliance, and programme risk
  • Overseeing commissioning, handover and close‑out
  • Acting as the electrical lead across design workshops, technical reviews and client updates
  • Working closely with construction leads to maintain programme and performance

  • The ability to drive performance and resolve issues in a fast‑paced site environment
  • A clear, assertive communication style with senior-level credibility
Why Apply
  • Up to £120,000 salary depending on experience
  • Strong package with bonus, private healthcare, and pension
  • A pivotal role on one of London’s flagship live developments
  • Support from a technically strong MEP leadership team
  • A long‑term opportunity to grow into senior services leadership
