Job summary

A leading engineering and maintenance provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to develop Electrical Construction Work Packs for a key client. This role involves ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing subcontractor resources. Candidates must have at least 5 years of E,C&I engineering experience, preferably in the oil, gas, or nuclear industries, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is an opportunity to contribute to a significant national infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in E,C&I engineering, with 2 years in a hazardous industry.
• Experience in petrochemical, oil and gas, or nuclear is essential.
• Ability to work in large project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop EC&I Construction Work Packs meeting technical requirements.
• Ensure work packs contain necessary documentation for delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for planning and scheduling activities.
• Communicate with sub-contractors to ensure timely resource availability.
• Proactively identify and address potential risks to avoid delays.
