Location : South Wales - commutable from Cardiff, Barry, Bridgend, Cowbridge, Newport, Port Talbot, Porthcawl, Pontypridd and surrounding areas

You will work with advanced PLCs, drives, motors, and instrumentation, gaining real technical variety while enjoying the stability of a Monday to Friday, days-only schedule with an early finish every Friday.
This is a hands‑on maintenance role at the heart of a large‑scale, continuous process operation. You'll apply your electrical and control expertise across critical production equipment – ensuring uptime, improving reliability, and delivering visible results every day.
The site is investing heavily in its future, with a major control‑system modernisation project planned for 2027. You'll have the chance to be part of that transformation, helping implement new automation and process control technologies.
You are a time‑served electrician or E&I technician with proven experience in an industrial, process, or continuous manufacturing environment such as cement, steel, power, utilities, aggregates, or chemicals.
