• Knowledge of fire safety requirements with Building Fabric and fire compartmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead & coordinate the day to day activities of the Electrical maintenance service.
• Monitor and guide the staff within your team.
• Ensure financial, workforce, and performance management are in place.
