A leading facilities management company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer - Electrical for their Chester-Le-Street Community Hospital. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll service and repair electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ideally, you will be a qualified Electrician with a Level 3 NVQ and relevant experience. Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in BMS control systems is beneficial.
• Valid UK Driving licence is required for emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair lighting and power distribution systems.
• Perform reactive repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Maintain records of assets and maintenance actions.

Skills

Qualified Electrician with installation and maintenance experience

Knowledge of HVAC control systems

Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Education

Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation

18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
