Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Industrial)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + (50k OTE) + Day and Back Shift + Overtime (1.5x rate) + Training + Progression + Company Benefits. Location: Irvine. A stable Monday - Friday role within a timber and construction industry company known for market leading pay and overtime opportunities.

Join a thriving timber powerhouse that operates across Scotland and Northern Ireland. For over 100 years they have provided premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland. In this role you will perform a mix of planned and reactive maintenance in a busy industrial environment, working in a close-knit team of engineers. Duties include work on 3-phase machinery, lasers, PLC controls, hydraulics, drives and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance
• Work on 3-phase machinery, hydraulics and PLC fault finding
• Work on large-scale timber processing equipment
• Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 7:00-15:15 and 15:00-23:15 (alternating weekly)

The Person / Requirements

• Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar Industrial background
• 18th Edition qualified
