A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability of factory equipment in the Tees Valley area. The role involves electrical fault finding, preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a salary between £42,000 and £48,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package including competitive holidays and a company pension. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
  • Experience working with PLCs, control panels, and automated systems is highly advantageous.
  • Good understanding of data collection for downtime and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Commission and install new electrical systems and equipment across the factory.
  • Carry out routine preventative and planned maintenance on a wide range of machinery.
  • Respond quickly to and resolve electrical breakdowns, implementing solutions to minimise downtime.

Education
