What we’re offering
  • £45,000 – £48,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (39 hours per week)

What you’ll be doing
  • Planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults on motors, sensors, relays, control panels, and PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron)
  • Support mechanical repairs across pumps, belts, pulleys, threading machines, and shot blasters
  • Installation and commissioning of new CNC machinery and powder coating lines
  • Root cause analysis and support CI initiatives
What you need
  • Strong electrical maintenance background in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (preferred but not essential)
  • 16th, 17th, or 18th Edition certification (essential)
  • Fault‑finding and work on electrical control systems (PLC knowledge essential)
  • Mechanical fault‑finding experience including pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and motors
  • Experience with CNC machines highly beneficial
