Job description
Electrical Labourer

£17 per hour, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, Bracknell

We are seeking an Electrical Labourer to support the delivery of electrical works within the Safer Homes team. The role involves assisting skilled operatives and contributing to programmed works, including Quantum installations, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, general electrical repairs, and wider labouring duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out unskilled or semi-skilled electrical installation and servicing tasks under supervision
  • Support the delivery of electrical works, aiming for first-time fixes
  • Provide a high-quality service to customers and act professionally at all times
  • Apply safe and practical working methods while supporting skilled trades
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation and BS7671 requirements
  • Accurately complete paperwork and digital records in line with internal procedures
  • Use tools, systems, and handheld devices safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with other trades to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain the company vehicle, performing regular safety checks and reporting defects
  • Undertake training as required to expand skills and competencies
