Job summary

A leading defence organization based in Bolton is seeking an Electrical Inspector Subcontractor for a 12-month contract. The role requires experience in inspecting electrical work and offers a competitive rate of £28.35, rising to £29.70 after 12 weeks. Responsibilities include ensuring quality hardware output and certifying products. This is a hybrid position with onsite requirements and standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with inspecting the work of others is essential.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate operator performance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and paperwork certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality of deliverable hardware.
• Certification of product in line with processes.
• Examine for correct assembly and electrical connections.
• Monitor operators within the Product Certification Scheme.
