A leading facilities management company in Greater London is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to manage HVAC and electrical systems. The role requires a proactive approach with responsibilities that include fault diagnosis, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm. (Additional payment for on call, working 1 week in 5)
To be responsible for the efficient maintenance and repair of all HVAC, HV, L8, Mechanical and Electrical systems and associated equipment on site in line with current legislation. Play a key role, working with the Maintenance team, in the effective planning and completion of all assigned works.
The role requires a multi discipline approach, as there will be a requirement to work at heights on occasion, working within a commercial and public setting.
The position will involve working in a guest focused environment and will require good people skills and the ability to work on a wide range of M&E PPM tasks in accordance to SFG20 and relevant standards, with tasks including but not limited to:
