Job description

As the Electrical Circuit Designer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

• Review and validate Electrical Installation definition Design data for manufacture in line with applicable Design processes and rules for the relevant programs
• Understand Level 1 inputs and validate wiring architecture documentation at System Architecture level (ATA28 and ATA32 perimeters)
• Understand Functional inputs and validate Functional Electrics to Electrics Installation configuration documents
• Ensure the delivery of technical solutions in accordance with relevant Design methods and procedures
• Understanding and supporting the validation of design requirements
• Analyse and validate design requirements and agreement of deviations with stakeholders
• Interpret functional requirements provided by systems for production of Principle Diagrams (PD's), Extended Principle Diagrams (EPD's), and Wiring Diagrams (WD's)
• Proficient with all things Functional Electrics and its integration on the wider ESI deliverables across different functions
• Proven track record of: Participating in a Design or project team, Achieving delivery to Time, Cost, and Quality
• Able to make decisions in a complex network of stakeholders and customers
• Co-operate with experts and specialists to achieve optimum technical and business solutions.
• Knowledge and experience of configuration toolsets, such as: Capital Logic, SeeXP, Circe, ICC/ACP, Zamiz, ECM, DPDS, ACC2, BCAWD, Optegra & PASS/VPM
• Experience in aeronautics and aeronautical products is considered
